ICS 2026 will open with a reception at the Museum of the American Revolution. Located just steps away from Independence Hall, the museum serves as a portal to the region’s many Revolutionary sites, sparking interest, providing context, and encouraging exploration.
The Museum of the American Revolution uncovers and shares compelling stories about the diverse people and complex events that sparked America’s ongoing experiment in liberty, equality, and self-government.

The 2026 ICS Conference sessions will take place at the historic Union League of Philadelphia. Founded in 1862 as a patriotic society to support the Union and the policies of Abraham Lincoln, the Union League of Philadelphia laid the philosophical foundation for other Union Leagues across a nation torn by Civil War.
The League has hosted U.S. presidents, heads of state, industrialists, entertainers, and dignitaries from around the globe, and has proudly supported the American military in every conflict since the Civil War. The Union League continues to be driven by its founding motto,

Nestled on North Broad Street in the heart of Philadelphia, One North Broad is housed within the iconic Masonic Temple. This extraordinary setting offers guests the rare opportunity to step inside one of the most magnificent buildings in the United States. It is the largest Masonic Temple in the world, constructed not for spectacle but as a working headquarters for the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, one of the oldest Masonic jurisdictions in existence. Freemasonry was deeply intertwined with the civic and intellectual life of early America, and Philadelphia was its epicenter. This building was designed to reflect that influence and permanence.
Designated a National Historic Landmark and completed in 1873, the Masonic Temple is a masterpiece of nineteenth-century architecture and craftsmanship with soaring staircases and richly detailed.  The Temple was conceived as a living museum of world architecture and symbolism.
