Can I take a course I have already received a passing grade in?
Audit a Course
Auditing a course is ideal for those students who have already passed the course with a C or better, who would like to review material, and who do not require college credit. Students cannot audit a course they are not qualified to take. A student who chooses to audit a course will not receive college credit for the course, but the student is accountable to cover all course fees. For a student to audit a course, the student and advisor will fill out the Schedule Adjustment Form.
Repeat Course Request for Admission to Another Institution
If a student is interested in retaking a course they have already earned college credit for, the student must prove there is a need to retake the course. Complete the
Request to Repeat a Course with an Earned Grade of C or Higher
on Workday. In the Workday search bar, type “Create Request.” In the request dialog box, type “Repeat” and select enter.
