IADC’s Competence Assurance program offers structure, recognition, and accountability to a company’s competence program. Designed to verify that accredited programs meet accepted practices for developing and assessing personnel skills.
To apply, submit an application, specific evidence, and application fee to IADC.
About the Program
Companies must meet the following criteria to receive accreditation:
Policy and procedures document(s)
Identification of job positions assessed for competence through program
Process for defining competencies
Training resources and methods to support training and remediation process
Assessment System – a means to assess an employee’s competence
Records System – a means of documenting satisfactory completion of training and assessments
Quality Assurance – a formal means of self-directed auditing for adherence to published policies and procedures and periodic reporting
