By contacting our EAP provider, you can get support for:
Mental Health
– Employees can receive up to 8 sessions per year, per issue of mental health counseling, either in person or virtually, at no cost.
Life Coaching
– Receive guidance and insight from a certified life coach to reach personal goals.
Work-Life Resources
– Get expert help juggling work-life issues like child care, housing, and transportation.
Legal Referrals
– Request a referral to work through legal matters like divorce, custody, and bankruptcy.
Financial Consultation
– Work with a financial coach to reach goals, save for emergencies, and retire with confidence.
Personal Assistance
– Ask for referrals for personal assistants who can help you meet your responsibilities.
