Plot Summary
The goddess of the Po Xin clan is annihilated by the demon lord Dongfang Qingcang. Ten thousand years later, she is reborn as Xiao Lanhua (Esther Yu), a low-ranking fairy in the heavenly realm. By accident, she resurrects the demon lord who had been imprisoned in the Haotian Tower.
Dongfang Qingcang (Dylan Wang) is the most powerful being in the three realms — ruthless, cold, and deadly. But due to an unintended curse, whenever Xiao Lanhua feels pain, he feels it too. To regain his freedom, he must protect this fragile fairy.
As they spend more time together, the relationship between demon lord and fairy evolves from reluctant alliance to genuine love. Dongfang Qingcang would sacrifice his dominion over the three realms for her; Xiao Lanhua, facing her people's destroyer, discovers she has fallen deeply in love. The truth about their intertwined fate is far more complex than either imagined.
