BUSI 712 Executive Communications
Enhance the skills executives need to successfully communicate their message to various stakeholders. The course will focus on constructing effective written messages and delivering compelling presentations.
MGMT 799 Developing People

Our distinctive strengths
Your career doesn’t get off track for our EMBA — it becomes immediately more productive. Areas of study include the details of managing a business organization, such as financial analysis, decision-making, marketing management, personnel management, micro- and macroeconomics, entrepreneurship, communication, negotiation, information technology and strategic management.
The Millsaps EMBA program is a 16-month lockstep program. The next cohort will begin in January 2025.
After participating in a 360-degree feedback tool, students work with executive coaches and management faculty to hone their leadership skills.
Roughly one year into the program, the cohort participates in an immersive international experience in Merida, Mexico.
Study Abroad
Issues in international business will be studied intensively through a required mini-session at Millsaps’ campus in Merida, Mexico.

Prerequisites
Introductory courses in management, statistics, accounting and marketing as well as knowledge of Excel are required. Online leveling courses are available if prior coursework in these areas has not been met.
