Florida Legal Aid Programs
Programs are listed in the chart below. (Not all programs are funded by FFLA.)
FFLA conducts a review of certain information submitted by these organizations to reasonably ensure they are non-profit entities primarily offering civil legal aid to individuals of limited means. However, FFLA does not assess or warrant the quality, effectiveness, or specific nature of the services provided. Users are encouraged to independently evaluate and verify any organization’s services before seeking assistance.
Some programs cover all counties and are listed as “statewide”.

The Business Innovation & Technology Clinic (BIT) provides basic corporate legal assistance to for-profit small businesses, entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations that cannot afford market rates for legal services.
The Community Lawyering Clinic assists clients in areas such as guardianship, immigration, wills and estate planning, social security disability, family law and access to medical benefits.

The clinic provides approximately 250 hours of free legal work each year on every client's case.
