When it comes to your child’s education, every detail matters. From lunch options to curriculum specifics, we’re always here to answer any questions you may have. In the meantime, here are some of the ones we get the most.
General School Questions
How many campuses does Seven Hills have?
Seven Hills currently has two campuses: the Hillsdale Campus (pre-kindergarten for 2-year-olds through grade 12) on Red Bank Road in Madisonville and the Doherty Campus (pre-kindergarten for 2-year-olds through grade five) on Madison Road in East Walnut Hills. Seven Hills is in the process of unifying and reimagining the school as
one campus, one community, one Seven Hills.
Seven Hills will be fully unified on one campus in Madisonville by the 2027-28 school year.
Is the Seven Hills student body diverse?
We believe that students learn, grow, and thrive when they work closely with people from all races, ethnicities, religions, and socioeconomic backgrounds. We strive for a multicultural learning community, and that’s reflected in the fact that we have 40% students of color.
about our commitment to diversity.
Do Seven Hills students and teachers use technology in the classroom?
Yes. We’re a 21st-century learning environment, and our school embraces modern tools and technology. Seven Hills has wireless network coverage throughout both campuses. Students in all of our divisions use Apple devices and other forms of hardware and software. In the Middle and Upper Schools, each student’s tuition covers the use of an individual iPad during the school year, as well as access to fully equipped computer labs with iMac desktops. Lower School students attend technology classes in labs that are fully equipped with iMac computers, and they use iPads and MacBooks in their classrooms. In addition, all Lower School and Middle School classrooms are equipped with smartboard technology.
Is school bus transportation available to Seven Hills?
Seven Hills students come to us from more than 30 neighboring counties across the tri-state area. While many families drive their children to and from Seven Hills, some families living in participating school districts make arrangements for their children to access bus transportation. Please contact your local school district’s  Transportation Office to learn more about options for your family.
Please see our
Transportation page
for more information.
Is lunch included in tuition?
Lunch is included in the tuition of pre-kindergarten for 2-year-olds and pre-kindergarten for students who are on campus after 11:30 a.m. It is not included in the tuition for students in kindergarten through grade 12. Students may purchase or bring their lunch. Parents use a declining balance account for their child’s lunchroom charges.

Where do Seven Hills graduates go to college?
Seven Hills graduates attend a variety of colleges and universities throughout the United States and the world, which they individually identify with the assistance of our college counselors.
Are parents involved in the life of the school?
In a word: absolutely. We love when parents get involved, and we welcome and encourage them to become active within our school community as room parents, team parents, library volunteers, athletic and art boosters, coaches, and more (as their time permits, of course). In addition, many families keep up with the latest Seven Hills developments and connect with other parents by attending parent association meetings.
