UK Global Learning Association for Schools
Working with our members to support international and global education in schools
UKGLAS is registered as a charity (Charity Number 1063668)
​The overall aim of the Association is to support the membership as they work with schools, school networks and support organisations to develop an international outlook and prepare learners for life in an increasingly globalised society.

UKGLAS members may apply to become GLA Associates who are then eligible to work on contracts negotiated by the GLA
Charitable objectives
UKGLAS was established in 1996 with the following objectives:
To promote a national network of experienced professionals who work with schools locally, nationally and internationally in support of our aim
​To promote cooperation, professional dialogue and training opportunities
To collaborate with other agencies working in related fields and to influence policy in international and global education
