NIGC is committed to working with tribes, the tribal gaming industry, organizations, and communities to raise awareness and provide tools to prevent human trafficking. NIGC collaborates with federal, tribal, local, and non-profit agencies and entities to offer human trafficking awareness and prevention training courses specific to the Tribal gaming industry.
The Agency has curated a comprehensive suite of tools, guidance, and training materials, in coordination with federal agencies and non-profit partners, to support the tribal gaming and hospitality industries, and tribal communities in their efforts to prevent, identify, and respond to human trafficking.
Here you will find NIGC-produced documents, externally developed toolkits such as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) “Blue Campaign Toolkit,” tailored for tribal gaming and hospitality, and videos from NIGC Special Emphasis events and training sessions, from survivor-centered panels to collaborations with tribal and federal subject matter experts and investigative agencies. The page also links to a broad array of federal, non-profit, and tribal-focused resource materials, making it a central hub for anyone seeking comprehensive, trustworthy combatting human trafficking resources.
