Didry et A. Jobert. L'un des mérites de cet ouvrage pour aborder cette diversité, et non des moindres, est d'appréhender le phénomène de « l'entreprise en restructuration » sous un angle pluridisciplinaire qui entrecroise histoire, économie, droit et sociologie. Cette pluralité de regards aurait pu conduire, comme trop souvent, à des visions juxtaposées sur un objet commun de recherche. Les coordinateurs ont à l'évidence déjoué ce risque de dispersion en conférant une ligne directrice transversale à l'ouvrage, révélée par son sous-titre, qui est de mettre en lumière « les dynamiques institutionnelles et mobilisations collectives » à l'oeuvre dans les restructurations.
