Why aren’t there branded apps for all ZIMs in the catalog?
While technically feasible, it is not possible to create and maintain quality Store pages with accurate titles, descriptions and screenshots, etc…

Absolutely. Those are two separate apps, you can add more content to the
Kiwix app
but not to the
Branded app
