David was last seen on MP 118 191 South of Moab, Utah and made last contact on 4/5/2026 at 0645. He may possibly be headed to San Juan or Grand County. He left home on 4/3/2026 and reported he would be hiking in the Moab area. He told his daughter that he would return home on the 12th, and if she didn’t hear from him by the 13th, she should contact law enforcement.

On August 28, 2023, family members of Tina Marie Jones, reported her missing to Clearfield Police Department. Information gathered indicates Tina has some mental illnesses and has experienced homelessness for several years throughout various parts of the country. Tina last had contact with family on August 9, 2023. Tina checked out of a homeless shelter in Salt Lake City on August 13, 2023. Between August 13 – August 16, 2023, Tina was reported to have been staying with an acquaintance at an apartment complex in Clearfield. Occupants of the apartment reported last seeing Tina on August 16, 2023, and reported Tina left all her personal belongings, besides her wallet, at the apartment. Surveillance cameras from a nearby business captured Tina leaving the apartment complex on August 16, 2023, at 2:13PM, and showed her walking westbound over the Center Street Bridge. Tina has not been seen or heard from since.
Tina was last seen wearing a black shirt that reads “New York’s 5 Boroughs”, grey pants, and a possessing a white female wallet.

On December 5, 2015, around 5 pm, a resident in the 17000 block of Med Bar Road, off of Orme Road outside Dewey Arizona, called to report a trespasser. The Man, later identified as Haruchika Miyagi told her he was looking for a place to stay and she declined to allow him to remain on her property. Haruchika sped away in the Red Mazda Sedan and crashed through a gate before leaving the property. Deputies found the Mazda two hours later in a wash near the Med Bar Road property. It was abandoned and heavily damaged. Friends and family reported Haruchika missing as they were concerned becuase he did not show up for work. His family does not know why he went to Arizona. A search and follow-up with local hospitals has been unsuccessful. Haruchika may have a cell phone with him, but recent checks indicate it is off.

In December of 2017, Jose Falcon was reported to the Sheriff’s Office as a Missing Person. His Girlfriend reported he was gone when she returned home, with no indication where he had gone. He left his home in Winchester Hills driving a Gold Saturn passenger car. The vehicle was later located unoccupied in Las Vegas, Nevada. There has been no additional information in the case since that time.

Nancy was working as a clerk for a Fina gas station when she was found to be missing.  She was last seen by a patrol officer approximately 15 minutes before her disappearance.  She was wearing  b shorts,  halter top and a smock, all blue in color.  The smock had a “Fina” station logo.  Her purse and money were found behind the counter and her car was parked at the station.  She was known to wear a small ruby ring on her pinky finger.  This ring had a main ruby stone with two smaller rubies on each side.  Set in gold.

Rhonda was last seen at approximately 10:30p.m. after dropping off a co-worker at their residence in Salt Lake City, UT. It is believed she returned to her residence in Vernal, UT. The following day, she was to open the K-Mart store at 7:30am. She was reported missing on September 29th. There were signs of a struggle at her residence. Rhonda is considered a chain smoker, but left her cigarettes on the kitchen counter along with her purse, house and car keys. She was last seen wearing  a sweater and black polyester slacks.

Acacia was last seen wearing a pink sundress with white sunflowers. Both of her ears are pierced and she has a tennis ball-sized birthmark on her lower left abdomen. Acacia Patience Bishop was kidnapped from her great-grandmother’s home in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 25, 2003 by her mentally ill grandmother. Acacia Bishop was last seen at 6 p.m. that day.
