How to Access Your Mobile Tickets
Miami City Ballet mobile ticket delivery (powered by True Tickets) offers a simple way to securely view, store and share your tickets with friends and family, with just a few taps. There’s no need for printing, mailing, or picking up tickets at Will Call.

ACCESS YOUR MOBILE TICKETS IN 3 EASY STEPS:
1. Once tickets have been purchased, you can access your mobile tickets through your ticket wallet at
mytickets.miamicityballet.org
. Log into your ticket wallet using the same email and password you used to purchase your Miami City Ballet tickets.
2. Once logged into your wallet, access all your program tickets by clicking on the “My Events” tab.
3. Select the performance with the tickets you want to manage. You can choose to share your tickets or review your performance details.

Why is Miami City Ballet launching a mobile Ticket Wallet?
Mobile ticket wallets allows our patrons to store their mobile tickets in one location. You may already be familiar with the convenience of a mobile wallet, as many arts and entertainment organizations have introduced similar services. Patrons can now easily transfer or accept tickets via the MCB Ticket Wallet.
Do I have to download an app to access my MCB Ticket Wallet?
No, you are not required to download any app. You can access your MCB Ticket Wallet from any web browser.
We recommend bookmarking the MCB Ticket Wallet web address

for ease.
How do I access my mobile tickets?
In three easy steps!
Go to
mytickets.miamicityballet.org
Enter the email address and password used when purchasing your tickets.
If you did not create an account when you purchased your tickets, click here to create a password for your account.
OR click on “Request An Access Code” and enter the six-digit access code sent to your email address. Then, select “Stay Logged In” to stay logged in for 30 days.
Once in your wallet, you can tap your event(s) to see all the details of your ticket(s).

How do I know which email/password to use?
Log in to your
MCB
Ticket Wallet using the same email address used to
purchase
your tickets. You can request an access code be sent to your email, or
enter
your
MCB
password
in
the “Login
With
Your Password” field and click “Next
”.
What if I forgot my password?
Go to
mytickets.miamicityballet.org
and click the “Reset Your Password” button to reset your password. This will also update your MCB “My Account” password.
I logged into my Ticket Wallet and I don't see any upcoming events, where are my tickets?
If you log into your Ticket Wallet and do not see any upcoming events that you purchased tickets for, follow these three steps:
If you purchased your tickets over the phone it may take up to 30 minutes for the tickets to appear in your MCB Ticket Wallet. Tickets purchased online will appear within 15 minutes.
Find your order confirmation that was emailed to you, and confirm the email address you used to purchase the tickets is the
same
email address you are using to log into your MCB Ticket Wallet. You must use the email address you purchased your tickets with to log into your MCB Ticket Wallet

Please note if you are trying to locate your tickets on the day of your performance and the MCB Box Office is closed, please proceed to the venue box office, and a representative will assist you onsite.

What if my device battery dies before the performance?
We recommend all patrons charge their mobile devices

Does the MCB Ticket Wallet allow me to add tickets to my Apple or Google Wallets?
Yes!
You can now add your
obile
tickets
from your MCB Ticket Wallet
to your Apple Wallet.
Google Wallet does not yet support rotating or dynamic QR codes.
How do I share my tickets?
You can share your tickets from your MCB Ticket Wallet by following the steps below:
Go to
mytickets.miamicityballet.org
Log in to your MCB Ticket Wallet
Select the performance you will be attending.
Tap “Share”
Enter the full name of the person with whom you are sharing the mobile ticket(s).
Select the ticket(s) you’d like to share.
Confirm your selection.
Send the link via text or email to the person to whom you are sending the mobile ticket(s).
Once the link has been sent, your guest will need to follow the steps to
Create an Account
if they don’t already have one.
How do I claim a shared mobile ticket?
If you were sent a shared ticket link, follow the steps below to accept the ticket.
Click
the link shared with you.

I'm giving my tickets as a gift, is sharing the ticket the best way to do this?
Many of our patrons enjoy giving the gift of ballet. You can
purchase
tickets to share with the recipient, or you may contact our
Audience Services team
to buy tickets in the recipient's name.
Please note that if the recipient does not have an account with MCB, you will need to provide their full contact information so our representatives can create an account for them. Additionally, we offer gift certificates that can be used to

tickets for any of our performances.
Do my guests need to create a login?

If a guest is unsure if they have an existing login, they can click the “Register a New Account” button. If their email already exists, the system will let them know. If it does not it will register an account for them.
What if my guest does not accept the tickets I share?

Once you share a mobile ticket, you will see

of the two following status notifications:
Ticket Accepted by (Your Guest’s Name)
Your guest has claimed your shared ticket(s).
Ticket Shared with (Your Guest’s Name) Pending
Your guest has not accepted the Mobile ticket(s) yet.
You may want to remind them to check their email or text messages for the ticket invite link you sent to them.
You may also “Share the invite again” or “Get this ticket back” in your wallet.
Can I share my tickets from my desktop computer?

, you can log into your MCB Ticket Wallet through any device that has access to a web browser.
Please note you do not need to send tickets to yourself from your desktop computer to your mobile device. You only need to log into your MCB Ticket Wallet on your mobile device to access your tickets.
Someone shared their tickets with me, can they reclaim the tickets at any time?
Yes. The current owner of the tickets can reclaim the tickets at any time because tickets
are
only
shared
with guests
We recommend that you only accept shared tickets from people you know so you
are able to
contact them directly should the tickets be reclaimed.
Our friendly Audience and Ticketing Services Team will be available onsite for all ticketed events and by phone during business hours to
assist
with accessing digital tickets or printing physical tickets.
