مرحباً عادل،
يوجد مشكلة في
فهرس:رسالة ابن فضلان في وصف الرحلة إلى بلاد الترك والخزر والروس والصقالبة سنة 309هـ 921م (ت. سامي الدهان) - أحمد بن فضلان.pdf
المشكلة الرئيسة كانت في كومنز بسبب نسخة الكتاب المرفوعة، لا أعرف ما هي المشكلة تحديداً لكن كومنز فشل في التعرف على أبعاد الصفحات، فكانت 0x0، المهم أني جلبت النسخة الأصيلة من موقع المجمع وأعدت رفعها، فإذا الصفحة تعطلت هنا.
هل يمكنك إصلاحها فضلاً؟
أعتقد لو حذفت صفحة الفهرس وأعدت إنشاءها ستُحل المشكلة.

، أتمنى أن تكون بأحسن حال. شكرا لجهودك لإنشاء صفحة محتويات الكتاب وربطه مع الفهرس. لكن بالحقيقة بالتسجيلات يوضح الطريقة المتبعة باستخدام قالب التنقيط وبالتالي المتدربين عندما يشاهدون التسجيلات لا يجدون نفس العمل في صفحة الفهرس. أرجو منك إعادة متحوى خانة جدول المحتويات لما كان عليه سابقا لاتمام العمل وفق التدريبات وليكون الأمر سهل للمتدربين. جزيل الشكر. تحياتي

، وضع جميع المحتويات في خانة (جدول المحتويات) أمر غير معمول به، أما قالب التنقيط فهو مستعمل بنفس الطريقة ولم أعدل شيئًا فيما يخص طريقة الكتابة، الفرق الوحيد أنني نقلت جدول المحتويات لصفحة

وأضفت عديد العناوين و
إعادة متحوى خانة جدول المحتويات لما كان عليه سابقا
قد تكون طريقة التدريب خاطئة، لكن إن وجدتم أن وضع كل هذه المحتويات في هذه الخانة والعمل عليها أمر يُسهل التدريب، فما عليكم إلا استرجاع تعديلاتي، تحياتي

السلام عليكم لاحظت إنشائك لهذه
الصفحة
فأردت أن اسألك الصورة الموجودة في الكتب هل ترفع منفصلة ثم توضع في النص أم يكتفى بقالب صورة مفقودة، وأيضا هذا الكتاب به صفحات خرائط فقط فما العمل معها--

، شكرا لتنويهك، الرخص تُدقق في الكومنز (راجعت ذلك قبل أن أفهرس المصدر)، وأعتقد أن الملف مقبول فيها (وهذا ما يثبت العكس)، لكن يمكنك التأكد بنفسك من الرخصة المرفقة مع الملف هناك، وإن ساورتك الشكوك يُمكن ترشيح الملف للحذف هناك، وإن سارت الأمور بالحذف، نحذف الصفحات المرتبطة هنا. تحياتي

‏، عندما فحصت الملف في الكومنز أمس قبل أن أراسلك لم يكونوا قد اتخذوا القرار بعد. الآن يبدو أنهم حصلوا على إذن. للأسف لا أستطيع أن أفحصه بنفسي لأعرف من أعطى هذا الإذن، فالمعجم محفوظ الحقوق لدار النشر لا للمؤلفين. وقد فتحت المعجم (الطبعة الرابعة) من
الوصلة المتوفرة
في صندوق التعريف في
المقالة عنه
، وفيه مؤلف المنهجية الدكتور محمد هيثم الخياط (انظر الصفحة 2537 من الملف المذكور)؛ أما الدكتور قاسم سارة فقد كتب عن منهجهية المعجم في الطبعة الثالثة على ما أذكر.

القوانين تتكلم عادة عن حقوق التأليف، كما أنه فقط مقالة الدكتور قاسم سارة هي المرفوعة، والموضوع مثير للاهتمام، هل يمكن رفع جزء من كتاب تنازل مؤلفه عن حقوقه ولم تتنازل دار النشر؟ اقترح طلب حذف الملف لهذه المسوغات، فربما تكون هناك أسبابا أخرى لا نعلمها تحياتي

حسب تصوري (ولا أقول حسب علمي!) إذا كانت حقوق النشر لدار النشر فقد تنازل المؤلفون عن حقوق
النشر
لها؛ وقد قرأت يوماً ما أن هذا التنازل يكون لأجل معين يحدده العقد (عدة سنوات عادةً). أما حقوق
التأليف
فهي محفوظة للمؤلف إلى الأبد ولا يجوز تسليمها لأحد، إلا في حالات معينة، مثلاً حين تكلفك جهة ما بتأليف نص يصدر باسم الجهة ولا يظهر اسمك فيه بموجب العقد أيضاً.
ولكن الكتاب وتصميمه يبقى محصوراً بدار النشر؛ لذا، كما أتصور، يمكنك نشر النص (الكلام) بموافقة المؤلف إذا انقضت مدة عقده مع دار النشر، ولكن لا يجوز نشر جزء من كتاب مع تصميم دار النشر إلا بإذن مسبق منها.
آسف على تعقيد الموضوع، ولكن هناك طبقة أخرى، وهي أن المعجم الطبي الموحد صدر عن منظمة الصحة العالمية، وشعارها موجود جنباً إلى جنب مع شعار «مكتبة لبنان ناشرون»، والمنظمة نشرته للعموم دون أن تذكر أنه تحت رخصة حرة (ولا أعتقد أنها خالفت القوانين أو العقود). وعقد دار النشر كان على الأغلب مع المنظمة لا مع د. قاسم. ولا أعرف شروط عمل د. قاسم مع المنظمة فيما يتعلق بحقوق نشر النصوص التي ألفها ونشرت واسمه مذكور على أنه مؤلفها.
وماذا عن هوية المؤلف في الطبعة الرابعة؟ ففي الملف الموجود على موقع أرشيف منظمة الصحة العالمية يبدو أن المؤلف هو د. محمد هيثم الخياط.

أسفل صفحة المؤتمر: «جميع الحقوق محفوظة لمجمع اللغة العربية بدمشق»، وهذا النص يطابق (بمقارنة بدايته على الأقل) المنشور في المعجم الطبي. فهل ختمُ الدكتور الخياط في الطبعة خطأ؟ في كل الأحوال يبقى السؤال حول شروط النشر سواء في المؤتمر أم في المعجم الصادر عن منظمة الصحة العالمية: هل تم التخلي عن حق النشر للمنظمة أو المجمع، وإن كان الأمر كذلك، فما الأجل؟ لا أعرف أين يمكن الحصول على هذه المعلومات.
