Opioid Settlement Funds
Lake County Request for Funding Proposals
OVERVIEW
Lake County invites organizations or groups addressing opioid prevention, harm reduction, treatment and recovery to apply for funding to support development, implementation, enhancement or expansion of programs. This includes programs addressing substance use disorders, polysubstance use and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. While the selection process will utilize a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process, the number of awards will be dependent on the amount of funds available for annual allocation. The amount of funds available will differ annually.

Parking Lot Rehabilitation
Lake County Land Bank Authority (“LCLBA”) is accepting bids
Lake County Land Bank Authority (“LCLBA”) is accepting bids from experienced companies for the Parking Lot Rehabilitation, which includes removal of the Parking Lot Demolition and Installation, including the installation of a leaching basin, parking lot painting and related coordination/work as described herein at the commercial property located at:
1075 Washington Street, Baldwin MI 49304
The LCLBA is funding this project using a Blight Elimination Grant from the Michigan State Land Bank Authority, and the project will be conducted in compliance with grant requirements, including reporting requirements. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP0127 awarded to The State of Michigan by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
