RAi Vision and Mission
Responsible AI UK is a research and innovation programme focused on addressing the most pressing challenges for the UK and the global community. We draw from our multi-disciplinary research programme to deliver novel frameworks, tools, and policy advice for the development and deployment of safe and responsible AI so that it benefits everyone in society.
Our Mission

SAGE-RAI: Smart Assessment and Guided Education with Responsible AI
Can responsible Generative AI (GenAI) lead to improved student outcomes? SAGE-RAI investigated this critical question through a partnership between The Open University's Knowledge Media Institute (KMi) and the Open Data Institute (ODI), developing and evaluating an AI Digital Assistant to enhance personalised learning at scale. Motivated by Bloom's 1984 study…
