Senior Care Options (SCO)
SCO is a comprehensive health plan program.
The SCO program covers all services reimbursable under Medicare and MassHealth through a senior care organization and its network of providers. This program offers MassHealth Standard members age 65 or older quality care that combines health services with social support services.
A team of professionals, including a member’s primary care physician, nurses, and one of Bristol’s Geriatric Support Services Coordinators, works with members and their families to develop their plan of care, which combines health services with community based services.
