We offer a wide range of free technical support services to assist you in running jobs efficiently on our supercomputers. Here's a sampling of the support services and products for you to choose from.
General Support
Set up your initial password, reset passwords
Activate your RSA SecurID fob
Guide you through logging into systems and submitting jobs
Help you submit and run jobs
Network Issues
Identify and solve your end-to-end network issues
Find and remove bottlenecks, improve network flow
Assist you with transferring large datasets
Provide custom training, troubleshooting, and tool development
Data Storage & Retrieval
Help you efficiently manage and move large amounts of data
Provide custom filesystems and training to help you effectively manage large datasets
Code Optimization
Solve compiler and runtime problems with your application codes
Port your codes to current parallel architectures

Tool Support
Assess third-party tools (for performance analysis, debugging, visualizing), and help you use them

Specialized Support

Parallelization of serial codes using a variety of programming paradigms including MPI and OpenMP
