I think granting for three months here is reasonable since there are no objections, but given that this is the first admin tenure and there is only one (weak) supporter in the discussion I'm a bit hesitant about granting for six months. I'll leave this open for potential opinions.

Sockpuppet abuse is forbidden across all WMF projects. I don't believe your claims about other people using your IP to do the same edits with the same devices like you.
And if

TLDR: Way too much abuse for granting admin permissions. You may be able to gain the community's trust if you continue contributing constructively on projects where you aren't blocked and strictly limit yourself to one single account. Personally I wouldn't grant admin permissions until the last 1-2 years have passed since the last case of sockpuppet abuse, unless local community members (which don't seem to exist on sowiki) explicitly state that they've gained trust at an earlier point in time.

Ismai4all is my friend and was a former temporary administrator from 2015 to 2021 Currently Somali Wikipedia has around 200 active users many of whom make disruptive edits and there is no administrator to prevent this and help maintain the quality of the projects

Hello, I would like an extension for at least the same period as my previous one. The member who voted against the extension isn't very active on the Talysh Wikipedia and hasn't written any new articles in the past year. It seems to me that with his level of experience, he could be more helpful writing articles or creating templates. Last October,
he was warned
(for vandalism) after unjustifiably

I don't think permanent adminship is possible given the community size. I'm aware that there's one local – inactive – admin who received permanent rights from a local cat in 2008, but that doesn't change the way stewards can grant permissions. We can go for two years this time (but we should wait two days in order to grant on the same day your current permissions expire).

My impression of the global CU inactivity policy is that since it states that any
account
with no contributions in one year, it includes global activity and not just local activity (unless local policy says otherwise). In that sense the user would formally be considered active since the user's last edit was performed in October this year. But in either case this would need to wait at least two days since a year has not fully passed.

Thank you for your interest and prompt response. The global policy doesn't clearly define "contribution" and it's unclear whether "contribution" refers to a normal change or a checkuser log event.
You can check the user's local CU logs. Other users can't see these logs, only CU’s can. That's why I submitted the request. You can wait two days or decline, I've fulfilled my responsibility to my own community. Thanks!

Yes, what I am suggesting is that as that policy was incorporated locally the activity it specifies would only be locally - so activity on other projects should not be considered. I'm a 2 decades wikimedian, former Commons administrator, lead and administrator on Lingua Libre project, briefly freelanced by Wikimedia France to lead the important 2025 changes in accordance with the Wikimedian community. I have to import all wikipages from Lingualibre.org/wiki/ toward

You are a long term user with a specific goal that seems to have community support and a decent plan, so I'm not very worried about you blowing up the project. to fetch, list, filter, and count pages to migrate shows that 70% of my migrations will be

pages. This is because the translation module create one micro wikipage for each translated sentence or paragraph. Example:

. It quickly adds up to 50 items per language and per user-facing wikipage. A single

documentation page translated in about 20 languages was therefore built with 400

I think this is a much bigger problem, it's not part of something for us to solve with a user right, because unless I'm missing something the front-end (including the API) does not allow for creating new pages in the Translation name space via import. See
phab:T42341
and more importantly
phab:T388994
. (I did just try to manually export the page you listed above and import it from xmlupload, and it failed with
Page Translations:Category:Lingua Libre:Help/1/ca" was not imported because you are not allowed to edit it.
). That alone is not a blocking action for your request above, but something you are going to need to solve for. From what I recall, prior such envdevours required using a different method to first create all those translations, then possibly follow up with with merging in the prior revisions after importing them. —
