The Trampoline and Gymnastics Club offers a fun, inclusive and exciting sport.
The Club welcomes people of all abilities, we have many beginners join us throughout the year. The sport is very enjoyable and looks impressive! The club can easily cater to people who are looking for a fun new sport to try as well as people looking to pursue a more competitive sport. The Club also hosts several socials throughout the year from Sinners socials, to club meals, to game nights. All in all, Trampoline and Gymnastics is an excellent choice no matter what you are looking for and we are always excited to welcome new members!

Training takes place in the Sports Arena and each session will be joint between trampoline and gymnastics, and you are welcome to participate in both or just one during a session.
You are able to personalise the training to your benefit and liking, either joining us at competitions and being more serious about training, or you can simply come a few times a month to have a bounce and enjoy the more relaxed side.
The club is run primarily with our own volunteer student coaches as well as some visits from more experienced, high level coaches. UKCC Coaching courses are available for all areas of Trampoline and Gymnastics and are run by British Gymnastics. The club helps put any of our members who wish to become a coach on these courses by mentoring them through the qualification and subsidising the cost.
The Club competes in multiple competitions throughout the year, all with levels for beginners to experienced competitors. There are four SSS league competitions that are hosted by various Scottish universities, one of which is usually St Andrews. The results from each of these contribute towards the Scottish Student Trampoline league table, where each club competes for the league cup.
There are also a few other, much larger, competitions where there is more emphasis on the social aspect, with many universities from all over the UK and Ireland. These include competitions like the Scottish Student Trampoline Open (due to be hosted by the University of Glasgow this academic year) and the Irish Student Trampoline Open (in Ireland/Northern Ireland), both of which run over three to four days with a mix of different Trampoline and social events.
The most serious of our competitions is BUCS. This is usually one of our last competitions and gives our club the chance to compete for BUCS points against other British university clubs.
Aside from university competitions, some of our members also compete at Scottish and British National events where possible.
