CheckUser
is the process of checking information about two or more users (including named users and temporary accounts).
Some administrators
are able to check if two or more accounts have been used from the same computer. These users also see User agents. This can help them decide if two accounts are related in the way described above. It is also possible to see if a user is editing from an
open proxy
On this page, users can request some users or IPs to be checked. Good reasons should be given for why a checkuser is needed; you should provide links which show the questionable edits, etc. Questions should usually be created so that they can be answered by yes or no. Responses will be short in order to comply with Wikipedia
. Sensitive information (like the IP addresses used by an account) are usually not reported. The results are not always clear, and a decision should not be made only on the basis of checkuser results.
Use of the tool
This tool is to be used to fight vandalism, to check for sockpuppet abuse, and to limit disruption of the project. It must be used only to prevent damage to the project.
The tool should not be used for political control; to apply pressure on editors; or as a threat against another editor in a content dispute.
There must be a valid reason to check a user.
Note that alternative accounts are not forbidden, so long as they are not used in violation of the policies (for example, to vote more than once or to make it look like more people support an idea).
Checkusers will refuse a request, if the reason for checking is not good enough to warrant the use of the tool.

I spent time digging deeper and this is what I found.
2601:644:0:0:0:0:0:0/32
was
g-blocked for 3 months
in May 2025. The IP and Yeatglazer showed the same peculiar interest (i.e. Jews),
editing
the same article (
vs
), and
specifically targeting
articles edited by a former editor even though
Yeatglazer
's account had no prior interactions with that former editor (Yeatglazer do edit the same articles as that IP). Bear in mind that Yeatglazer's account was
created on the same day
as (controversial?) edits A, B, C and D (involving an edit war with the former editor Yeatglazer has an issue with) being made by an IP of 2601:644:0:0:0:0:0:0/32.
Yeatglazer's recent edits show that they are able to invoke policy in a manner that does not look like a novice (ENWP CheckUsers
proved
that Yeatglazer had multiple trolling socks).
It may be a bit of a stretch, but things simply look too coincidental at certain level to ignore, given the ENWP CheckUser findings.

What is also notable is that YeatGlazer went dormant for months on Simple Wiki before suddenly diving into several articles about antisemitism, all of which were previously edited by the former editor they have an issue with, despite Yeatglazer having zero previous interactions with that former editor.

Behavior block needed, as Bautista has mainly been using temp accounts as far as I can tell so I think any named accounts are stale. Marsi.bot has made three edits thus far to
Santol, La Union
which is the most common Bautista target. Their edits
are to add details about student leadership at a highschool, which conveniently is Jayson Cesar Bautista. Multiple temp accounts have been pushing similar material for the past 6+ months.

KryptonSuperDog23 is blocked on en wiki for sock puppetry, with most accounts blocked in January 2026. The checkuser noted a list of accounts as possible sleepers but that hadn't edited on en wiki.
. Nearly all of those accounts have made edits here on this wikipedia though. These accounts seem to edit for a day or two and then activity moves to a new account. All of their substantial edits are related to Israel-Palenstine and usually involve copying articles from en wiki, often with minimal simplification, incomplete or missing references and most troubling, subtle POV changes in some. For example, the most recent account, LittleTrumpJackStar, copied
Gilad Atzmon
from en wiki. They added "Ex-Jew" to the lead, something not present on the en article. LittleTrumpJackStar also copied
Muslim National Associations
from en where it's called "a Zionist-inspired and funded organization", but here they changed that to "a Jewish-funded organization". That's not a small change in meaning. EDZion32 copied
Yoel Lerner
from en wiki where the lead sentence describes him as a "linguist, translator, educator, and Jewish terrorist", but when copied over it was "linguist, translator and educator". While I personally don't like the
terrorist
label, Lerner's notability is tied to their militant activity, removing that makes no sense, especially with the lack of simplification that was done. I initially spotted this from patrolling new pages, and the LittleTrumpJackStar had several created articles that I was finding these small POV issues, plus some odd formatting lapses. Digging lead to
Itamar Ben-Gvir
and from this history there, a fair number of accounts, all with activity for a day or two then gone, but with overlap on the Ben-Gvir article.
There are some temp accounts as well that are interspersed - see the history off Ben-Gvir
and you can see some similar IP ranges in the temp accounts, with the edits from those temp accounts to articles created or edited by accounts in this list.
These accounts copy articles from en wiki without simplification, not always bringing over sources and then add subtle POV to some, and at least on the Itamar Ben-Gvir, add way more than whats on the en wiki article to the point of excessive detail and sources. They're blocked on en wiki, and the sheer number of accounts, the lack of any substantial simplification on the articles they copy over and that subtle POV shading breaks
WP:ONESTRIKE
. The sheer number of accounts editing in the same area and often the same articles, shows some attempt at deception and that these are not
WP:VALIDALT
accounts.

I did some magic here. I think the other accounts could be done per DUCK, however, I will leave that to local CUs. The locked accounts are confirmed. Data for the other accounts is stale for me and needs local investigation. -

Three brand new accounts have shown up to create the John Guest article and argue for its inclusion. They all have a minor, noticeable trait: they include periods at the ends of their change summaries which is not something we typically see. Botj Edgeofhistory and Taskhawk note that they have “undertaken” major edits which is not common phrasing around here either. At best, it’s

, but it’s more likely
WP:SOCK
based on the quirks like that.
