Full-time students and employees enjoy complimentary access, while part-time students and community members can take advantage of our semester-long memberships.

The cardio area and weight room features treadmills, elliptical machines, inflight equipment, smith machines, free weights, kettle balls, medicine balls, heavy ropes, and dumb bells. Members may use this area during Open Workout times. Mondays and Wednesdays

The Dance Studio features a cushioned floor, bars for stretching, fitness balls, spin bikes, total body resistance (TRX) bands, adaptive motion trainers (AMT), treadmills, elliptical trainers, and other workout equipment. Members may use this area during Open Workout times. Mondays and Wednesdays

The MCC Pool is a six-lane, 25-meter pool (60 lengths or 30 laps equal a mile). Best of all, you can swim year-round as it is heated! Members may use this area during Open Swim times. Mondays and Wednesdays
